Ms. Tompson leads by example and under her guidance 1984 Enterprises Inc. has grown from a small start-up business into a nationally recognized leader in safety and staffing services for the resource industry. In addition, Ms. Tompson has established the company’s service to include a client base of over a hundred, including many prominent leaders in the industry.

Lise’s ongoing efforts extend across Canada, The United States, South America and Asia, offering her clients consistent and reliable service that meets and exceeds the regulatory requirements for their Occupational Health and Safety Program and staffing needs.

With over 10 years of on-site experience and 5 years of in-house management, Jennifer Tompson is responsible for marketing and sales support while maintaining professional service standards and partner relationships.

Ms. Tompson is also the founder and advocate of 1984 Enterprise's Local Hire Training Program initiated in the Nunavut Territory of Canada in 2004. Jennifer not only exhibits dedication to the company and it’s people, but also demonstrates 1984 Enterprise’s commitment to the communities in which we work.

Jennifer’s wealth of knowledge and her extensive field work background is an invaluable addition to the 1984 Team. Her determination to succeed is a driving force in the efforts to establish 1984 Enterprises Inc as a top-of-mind brand for those clients who strive for excellence in safety and service.

As Senior Field Manager, Sean Hawkes has been a key component in aiding 1984 Enterprises Inc with attaining and maintaining our superior service standards. Mr. Hawkes brings to the 1984 Team more than ten years of field experience accompanied by over twenty-two years of food service. Sean has established a great reputation for his work within the resource industry, which has taken him to all areas of North America and abroad.

Through his first-hand knowledge of field life and his many years of experience as a certified red seal chef, Mr. Hawkes assists staff and project supervisors in providing excellence in all aspects of on-site staffing.

Sean displays compassion, understanding and respect for his fellow workers and their endeavours, making him an integral part of 1984's dedication to being the leading provider of site-specific safety solutions that support our client's development with zero loss to life.

Ms. Justason joined 1984 Enterprises Inc. early in 2008 with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Contract Administration, and Office Management.

Tanya’s professional background, primarily in the employee benefits and insurance industry, provides her with the diverse expertise required to successfully manage the internal and field staff recruitment needs. She received her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation in 1990. In addition, Tanya provides support and assistance to the Field Operations Department and administers the company’s Group Benefit Plan.

Tanya’s dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to providing personalized support in Human Resources, Benefits Administration and communications have proven to be a valuable addition to 1984 Enterprises Inc.

15 years of accounting and payroll experience and skills ranging from the hospitality industry to the government sector have given Wendy an eclectic background in finance. With diligence and attention to detail, Ms. Jestico has the ability to coordinate the financial health of 1984 Enterprises Inc. while maintaining our highest level of client care.
